My analysis of the above people/objects/concepts are that hedgies get ever closer to the ledgie

Fascinating that the DTCC, who has a ledger of all the shares in the system and their counts, can run a highschool level computer science database query to see if shares circulating > shares issued + legal short interest,,,, to trivially check if there are naked shorts circulating in the system. All of this is digitized and super easy to check, its almost like the system doesn't just have some bad participants who are up to no good, its like the ENTIRE SYSTEM was built from the ground up to facilitate the monumental defrauding of retail investors and retirement funds by printing fake shares at will.

Also interesting to note that all this interesting shit that has come out in the past few months is related to the Ryan Cohen alleged pump and dump case for his moon emoji tweet:

Why would all this discovery come out for a "simple" pump and dump lawsuit against RC? Im no legal expert or even "hobbyist" but it seems weird that they would dig this much in discovery for a basic alleged pump and dump?

This case is the moon emoji pump and dump case, WHICH IS STILL ONGOING. The one that was dismissed the other day or whatever was the “short swing rule” case. So expect more delays and be ready to wait it out for a while.
