I don’t really understand. It should be almost statistically IMPOSSIBLE to have a string of trading losses as long as mine. Just lost my last 20k, four years ago I had 400k and in FOUR years I have entered and exited 85+ losing trades. EACH one of them was a loss. I just kept telling myself I was gaining experience and I shouldn’t be emotional. The final 20k was on SPY puts this month. If anything I feel I disprove the efficient market hypothesis because shouldn’t HALF my trades be winners and slightly more than half losers? Feeling pretty bummed right now.
