How do I avoid honeypots I thought checking in the usual websites like honeypot.is and tokensniffer was enough to spot honeypots but apparently it's not.

Alarm didn't wake me up I missed work what the fuck is wrong with me I don't even remember turning my alarm off and I wasn't even tired I fell sleep in a good hour.
