NAK is the company that owns the Pebble mine in Alaska
It's been stagnant for years because while the land it could be built on has massive reserves of gold and copper, leftists and Obama's EPA have stopped the mine from being built out of concerns about the environmental damage it could cause
Drumpfelstiltskin's EPA allowed NAK to apply for a federal permit in 2017, but it's likely going to be years before anything actually gets built

tl;dr - It's a long term speculative play on a massive copper and gold mine in Alaska that hasn't been built yet
