The first thing NATO will do is bomb Russia's pipeline infrastructure in Siberia. Even if the war were to end quickly and Russia brought in Western oil companies to help rebuild its wells, it would take 10-15 years to bring most of them back online. Same thing happened after the fall of the USSR, their Siberian wells froze up due to supply chain issues and lack of parts. They brought in US oil services to help fix the problem, had to drill completely new wells and reroute pipelines.

Oil will go to $250 easy in this scenario.
