Should I sell some positions I have now (ones in green or with a small loss) so I have more liquidity for the supposed bottom in the summer? I have 101k, of those 16 are still available for investing, and I plan to add about 6k more during next 3 months.

Yes, I'm trying to time the market. But I will not just plop all at once.
Not even sure where to put it for good gains. Tech stocks? Healthcare? REITs?
