I'm currently sitting 100% in crypto and I'm looking into Real Estate as a way to diversify my investments. I'm worried the short term potential for crypto is bigger than Real Estate and it would be a mistake to liquidate 20% of my crypto to buy a property.

I'm thinking something like:
75% Crypto
20% Real Estate
5% Cash

What does /biz/ think? What is the optimal portffolio ratio?
