Does /biz/ listen to city pop while trading?

Trading beginner here.
I have been trading for a month now on binance and CFD platforms.

I have come to notice that while Crypto market is open 24/7 I registered losses because I didn't buy/sell at the right time.


Is it safe to assume that there are specific times in the day to buy and sell coins and it's a bad idea to do it out of the blue because one "thinks" it's going to go up or down?

The way I figure, I should try not to speculate too much on the coin but try to guess what Asians will do when they wake up, what Europeans will do when they wake up, and that we just react to what they have chosen.

The only reason I have lost money is because I wasn't ready, while actual traders open their positions minimalizing the risk by not buying when it's already mooning for instance.
