That's rough and, let me tell you, I've been there.

Best advice I can give is take a good, hard look at each position. Its chart, news, what you think you know that the market doesn't. If it's down, whatever, 50%, that's painful and you gotta work through the pain. Only then can you reassess whether it'll recover with a 100% rally or you're better off bailing before it drops 60%, 70%, 90%.

I'd also say that 0 dte's seem to have made VIX screwy. I'm sure somebody has a handle on it but I sure as hell don't. If you're in the same boat, there's no shame instead hedging with something like short dated index puts.

What you need to do is use your powers of NEET. You have infinite time, so learn something, raise your market value. Japanese is a good example, we always need translators.
