I would love to get another job. But it's hard to leave this one because not only are the pay and bennies pretty good, but most other related job descriptions for similar jobs ask for a continuous, uninterrupted employment history. This is my 3rd job in 3 years and I feel so lucky that I they hired me despite my job jumping history

Why's it so fucking hard to get a slightly decent job?? This is all I ask:

>40-60 hours a week. Not an hour more
>two days off a week. And don't ever expect me to come in on my day off
>leave work at work. I'm not spending my free time, vacation, and weekends answering emails
>atleast 10 days vacation. I used to demand 2-3 weeks.
>40k/year
>basic benefits

Is this too much to ask? I love my job as a restaurant server. The money is great, but the hours, benefits, and growth aren't there. I'm tired of wasting my business degree. But no good companies want to hire me for more than $15/hour unless I have 2+ years experience. They also expect me to work like a coal mine mule.

As others have said, it is easy to get a job in unskilled labor. For white collar work, pic related.
