Takes pretty much no time to propagate the network.

Sorry I won't even know where to look. He basically described it as unstoppable malware and when you think about it, it makes a lot of sense.

Have you ever heard of STUXNET? To a degree a self learning and adoptable computer worm used to shut down Iran's nuclear program by getting in and sabotaging the centrifuges. Imagine such a worm living on Bitcoin, but was incentivized to do this kind of shit for more Bitcoin. It would be an absolute menace, but on a public ledger you could identify it and shut it down.

On some anonymous system that might not be the case, couple that with the ability for something like Monero to already sustain its mining as malware and you have a very difficult beast to take down.

“The nature of Bitcoin is such that once version 0.1 was released, the core design was set in stone for the rest of its lifetime.”

– Satoshi Nakamoto

Bitcoin SV is the original Bitcoin. It restores the original Bitcoin protocol, will keep it stable, and allow it to massively scale. Bitcoin SV will maintain the vision set out by Satoshi Nakamoto’s white paper in 2008: Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System.
