To build? 3x Raptors is probably $15M, the rest is stainless steel, some Tesla battery packs, avionics, etc. Probably under $50M. I don't think the number is publicly known right now, unless Elon said it on Twitter and I missed it. This is already one of the cheaper rockets in the world if launched once, but they're designed to be launched dozens to hundreds of times, the entire system is fully reusable.

Elon is targeting $1-5M per flight. That is cheaper than even tiny smallsat launchers, while carrying more payload than Saturn V. Starship is the next economic revolution.
