I use metamask wallet which is what I think most anons use here for eth based tokens. You just create a metamask wallet... Transfer your rbc to your metamask wallet address... Then you have to add token to see the rbc balance. You can get this from coingecko (search for rubic, copy contract address"). The order of which you do this doesn't matter.

Go to add a new coin. There will be a custom option. Look up the contract on coingecko and put it in there. The rest should pop up. You'll have to do this for most coins not in the top 100 or so. Don't worry though your coins are there you just have to add it to see them. It's a learning process but once you get this stuff down it's pretty easy.

Regardless, liquidity is actually locked. You can see it in the contract lol. It just says it isn't locked with unicrypt because they didn't actually use unicrypt to lock it. Unicrypt has already responded to their emails (all of this is shown in telegram you lazy fucks) stating that they will be updating the warning message on their website to be more understanding when people are reviewing.
