Why is everyone glossing over the fact Eric Schmidt just got involved with Chainlink because of Steele Perlot?
A fund owner by his love interest Michelle Ritter. Among other verticals they invest in : "new money and distributed systems".

While many theories were true, like SWIFT, the truth always seems to land somewhere in the middle (they're just doing a POC).
And in Schmidt's case, his gf pulled him in, and he's just obliging because he has more money than he knows what to make of it.

Now it might be a lucky coincidence that planets are aligning, as Schmidt seems genuinely interested, but we're far from Sergey being king-made and other hiding theories.

If you're honest with yourself, the whole talk while very interesting was very amateurish on Sergey's part.
