The snailposter is not doing great. He has suffered a notable portfolio drawdown due to MPW's rally and the subsequent vol crush. However, he was fortunate to capture enough profits from his OCT $16 puts to mostly pay for the rest of his MPW options. That anon is fortunate that the majority of his remaining options are JAN 2024 expiries, giving him plenty of time for his thesis to play out. That anon does, however, mourn for his small number of JAN 2023 $10 puts, which he fears will expire worthless. By December we should know if Steward refinanced their revolver or not -- and whether or not MPW's death spiral begins because of it or not.
