OP here. I thought of the solution. Apparently I am the only one here who thinks like a businessman. The answer is quite simple:

>Make a second account as a seller
>Register it under a friend's name and bank account
>From my friend's account, list an item for the exact price of my giftcard balance
>Buy it from my account
>My friend gets the money
>My friend sends me the money

Boom. I will only lose 6% to fees. Not bad.

Then I will open an Ameritrade account and turn my $400 to $4000.
