There's something you should look into, a mathematician named Richard Newton did a case study on retail ownership based on how many shares are DRS'd and brokerage'd owned. He implied that if retail investors own almost 2 billion dollars of the company through the direct registration system, then there's a strong correlation they may own almost 3 to 4 times as much by way of broker shares. Reasoning being that foreign investors have a harder time DRSing their shares, and ones even within our states simply don't know enough about CS to DRS.
If true, then we may have technically already locked up the float or are very close to doing so (if shares in brokerages are truly accounted for)

What made you arrive at that conclusion when last quarters DRS numbers beat expectations by 5 million shares. At the current rate we are on track to have 100 million shares registered. The entire float is less than 5 months away from being fully registered.
