The Americans will pass their bill where miners pay an additional 30% tax on electricity. Every other country will copy them eventually and miners will need to dump harder to pay for their electricity. I assume they are dumping hard now in anticipation of this and the shitcoins are a way of hiding it. The break even price of BTC next halvening for America, where all the miners are will be slightly more than 20k and I think we will drop maybe 25% below than that so 15k with a scamwick to 8-12k.
