it constantly goes up just sitting in the wallet and you get that button that says claim rewards
I got about 50 in algo rewards doing this, all it does is send a .001 algo transaction to help the system test load I'm assuming and they compensate you for helping

don't see anywhere where it shows the staking %

online has old news says 5-6% but it's near 8% now so maybe it just uses the same as the algo wallet
there's a way to sync your algo wallet with ledger though so they become the same wallet
