It won't be adopted by financial institutions when theres people like chris larsen whos holding billions, not to mention jed would be worth 10+ trillion of liquid assets. They will simply fork xrp and only allow banks to hold the coins. bagholders are just the betatesters for the real project. the banks already holding xrp will be compensated with the new token 1:1 to current xrp.
