I'm not going to lie, Jed's holdings and the current securities lawsuit are the two things that worry me about Ripple. Moreso the later than the first. I really don't think Jed's holdings will matter too much in a couple of years. By then, I'm hoping a lot of banks are using XRP backed products for a wide array of services, and if he continues to dump at the rate that he is, then he'll only have like 2 billion coins by then. And since Ripple are the ones who set limits on him in the first place, I wonder if they've ever considered offering him some sort of OTC buyout deal.
