Chinchilla breeder here.
First off their diet consist of 80% hay and 20% other herbs and seeds, that's how they put on weight and fat.
Get them specialized non-aromated hay you can get at pet shops and mix in some dried herbs/wildflowers (which you can also buy at pet shops).
Their fur is really fine and becoming wet can kill them(fungal infection due to molding) so always keep some bathing sand. Good tip: just sift their bathing sand so it becomes reusable. Only reuse it once.
Also get them chewing sticks. Aromated fruit tree branches like apple is good for them. Just bake it in the oven(or buy it in the shop).
As far as treats go you can hang up some seed sticks (pic related). BUT ABSOLUTELY NO SUGARY SHIT LIKE FRUITS! (Too much sugar kills them but its okay once a week).
Also contrary to popular belief they dont need wood shavings in their exhibit bus get a lot of climbing shit (made of wood)in there so they can jump around.
Also they're not for cuddling they take it badly, although they love scratches.

Dassit man, take care of those furbois.
