>currently working a government job
>got a new job
>starts in July
>have approx 55 accrued paid hours to waste
>most of these don't get paid out if I quit
>want to use all these hours so that after I turn in the 2 weeks notice I only show up a few days
>realized what if they terminate me early just so they don't have to pay out or denying it

Any ideas on how to avoid getting screwed over as it's evident there are multiple ways they can screw me over.
