That's just obviously fake. They are obviously not doing that based on inflation statistics. You think they just print money and erect this massive money laundering/banking scheme to obscure the flow of the dollars they print into the economy but they can't use those dollars just because they say they can't? What difference does it make if the fed prints the money or the banks add digits to bank accounts in their system anyway. They're both joined at the hip.
