i'm afraid there's one more leg of this bear market. first of all you have to understand what is going on is a trade and economic war between the u.s. and china, and the result of the dollar going up, interest rates rising, asset prices falling, is a dramatic shift in the terms of trade in the united states favor.
okay so what is going on now? china is locking down covid again, there's a big spread on bloomberg right now about how the mississippi is too low and food shipments (to china, how convenient) are going to be stopped, there's a whole bunch of fud about tether and sam bankman fried has cornered the market on it as well.
so what is planned? they want to blow up tether, they wanted cz to be holding the bag when it happened so they could swoop in and buy all the crypto from the chinks cheap, but he dodged the poison pill when he rejected the ftx buyout. but they're still gonna do something dastardly but they have to hit commercial paper to do it. if you don't know about commercial paper, it is short term funding agreements that companies use on their inventory or inventory yet to be recieved. 99.99% of the time the companies receive and sell their widgets and this commercial paper gets paid up. but what they're gonna do is cause tons of force majeures, undelivered goods, missed deliveries, all that crap, and how they're gonna do it is shut down the ports and the railways. the rail stoppage has been hinted at endlessly but they're just starting with the port fud.
i hope they don't do it, i don't want to live in this hellworld of conflict and lies, but it's where we are. do not leverage into this up move and don't believe it. look at everything the jews have done this year and ask yourself if they're done. china is still striking and they are madder than ever with them and (you) and me for being so disobedient. be ready when it happens.
