Yeah, apparently this kind of design was quite popular during the XIXth c.
Found another one on sale with pretty ressembling features :

Now the question is : can they fetch a nice premioom or did i waste my cash buying something i thought was completely different?
The announce was saying wedding spoon, but i don't think that's a deliberate mistake, the seller probably don't know it's dutch so he went for the logical "local" design without digging any deeper, quite typical.
