Please help me understand, does this only apply to ethereum and their related coins? I'm wondering about transferring between wallet and exchanges, would you pay gas fees to move ethereum related tokens but not, for example, algo or xlm?

I don't have and don't want a reddit account. Is it hurting my profits?

i'm firmly convinced (without any empirical evidence really) that strong feelings of hate and bitterness cause physical ailments like heart disease and cancer. i suppose you could draw a connection between cortisol release and various conditions but yeah...i think you've got the right idea, and I think I've reached that point as well. I don't really have hate in my heart for anybody. Seems counter-productive to do that to myself.

I can see where every person who has hurt me was acting that way because they had been hurt in the past, or were afraid, or because they didn't know any better.

And every shitty thing that happens to me is a lesson I can learn from- that's one of my favorite sayings from Buddhism- I think it was in a Kerouac book- he said, "When someone treats you poorly, don't get angry with them- instead, say "Thank you, wise teacher." Taking this point of view is helpful for me because it allows me to adjust my point of view so that next time I'll avoid that issue, but without poisoning myself with negativity towards the person or circumstance that hurt me.
