It's a tight labor market and I still get lots of recruiters trying to headhunt me on LinkedIn. Instead of quitting my job, I've developed a bolder DGAF personality where I let more of my inappropriate sense of humor and 4chan power level shine through. I'm not afraid to share memes or videos even if they would be considered NSFW. I slack off at work, joke about how little work I do, joke about my autism, alcoholism, and mental illnesses. I drunk post in our work chats outside of work hours. I've wondered how much I can up the ante before I get fired. Instead, it makes people think I'm funny, authentic, and genuine and I'm praised for how much I contribute to team culture.
