I've been hit on by 2 different gay guys and 1 woman in interviews over the years.

It's super fucking awkward. Wound up accepting the job that had the woman interviewing me. Left within a month. She was fucking psychotic and stalked people. Apparently she got arrested a couple months after that for pinning someone else in the bathroom and demanding to go on a date with them. Whole company was fucked in the head like that. Worst decision I made that year.

It's always amusing to me how such blatant racism against any group winds up with such poorly run systems.

Racism is fucking dumber than family nepotism in small businesses. It just doesn't help. OK, maybe all of the black/white/asian/hispanic people applying for a position are incompetent, but at that point, it has nothing to do with their race. The problems are further back down the chain with their upbringing and education. To implement quotas is actively detrimental, and to simply push for one race above another, especially if qualifications lean the other way, is just suicidal. The fact that people in high end positions of power can believe otherwise continues to fucking baffle me.
