I was desperate for money so created a spread. Lost 50% within an hour yesterday. Is there anyway to profit from this without buying the short 167.5?

I know this was really retarded but ill double the $180 I got from selling it.

I paid 2.66 for the 165 and 3.20 (yesterday) for the 1.70 and got 1.86 from selling the 1.67. Is this mathematically possible to even breakeven without legging out?
