Considering these threads have been ongoing for the last three years... I will open a position in GME tomorrow as this investor base is clearly not going anywhere. $10k to establish a position then I'll start adding about $2k a month. until I reach 3k shares. BBBY stated that BABY would bring most value as part of their portfolio "at this time" meaning that it could still be sold at a later date or BBBY in its entirety could be acquired or merged with GME. there's rumors of BBBY warehouses being renovated like would be done in preparation for an acquisition. GME is now all of a sudden investing more heavily in retail and raising retail workers wages. GME's amazon-sized warehouses could be used in synergy with BBBY or BABY. larry cheng has posted a bunch of tweets since march that could be interpreted as referring to BBBY. is it all a cohencidence?

All I have ever known is pain, the suffering of life, the constant chasing of good goy shekels so right now, this means nothing to me, I've slowed down buying BBBY and stacking more GME again. if for some reason BBBY pops I will have a considerable more GME, if it doesn't pop massively then it will still go up post chapter 11, my average is $1.2 for BBBY and GME is $38~ I have known only pain since January 2021. 2 years and all I can do now is look and get back to stacking. Trying to average down when your weighted shares about $40 is hard, but what else am I going to buy in this economy? Waste my money on goyslop or gamestop?

I like BTC too, but I bought on the way up and was at a loss when it started winding down. Ironically, all that money in BTC was transferred over to XMR, and then finally GME, of which I've only been averaging down the past two years. My cost basis has only gotten better, and when GME goes back over 22 I'll be in the green again, yet shills tell me I'm the one in the wrong. Can someone give implications of this FTX announcement. I didnt think of it at first, but its the most bullish thing ive seen for GME this year.

They have functional brokerage to buy and sell GME, with 10 sec settlement, virtually no cost transfer, totally free of darkpools or nft funds, nothing, and this endorsed by GME. The ONLY thing missing is just coupling this with an actual deposit, either under their own control or under friendly control, such that their GME-NFTs are matched 1:1 by a real share.

I did not think move to tokenized markets would be so fast, its already here ffs. GME now has nuke button (practically same effect as a 100% DRS rate would have), to move 100% GME shares from cede, to a FTX-deposit or another deposit under friendly control. This is absolutely insane. Imagine all the IOU-havers in the world, trying to get into the portal of having an actual real share. They would have to shut down the markets for weeks due to the circuits closing, again and again. And then, we havent even started to mention the fact that a couple of bil, short GME stocks (not $), will need to be closed.

Guys I'm seriously in the shit. The love of my life is literally so pissed off with me right now. Throughout all of 21-22 I was reading out all of the DD to her, I sounded like a cringe Redditor but she went along with it because she (like I) was so convinced by it all.
Long story short we put our savings in, went without vacations, cut back on xmas and birthdays. We went in really hard at 180, we tried lowering her average, and we've still only got 2000 or so shares. We've probs got about 70k in this thing at this point. All week she's been super pissed at me, crying, swearing, I've never seen her so incensed. She's gone to stay at her sisters who fucking hates me, and the sister is now convincing her to sell her half of the shares as she thinks it's going to continue tanking. I'm fairly certain my gf is going to leave me. WTF should I do?

I think I will dump my wagie check into GME and earmark those shares to be sold around $15 so I can start swing trading GME until liftoff. I feel like I watch this stock enough that I have a good sense for when it is high and when it is low that I may as well start scalping out some cash. If MOASS happens imminently and I am long then great, if not, who cares MOASS is kicking off anyway. Is this idea based or do swingies get the rope?
