I work as a contractor but expanding, about to take on my first job where I'm providing a full service to my client so I'm interviewing candidates. It's in 2 weeks in a meeting room I'm renting for the day. I'm nervous as hell because of the 4 candidates, 3 are roasties. Shouldn't make a difference, but I don't want to be weird and creepy, don't want to be obviously nervous, and don't want to have huge sweat patches under my arms. I haven't spoken to a woman I didn't already know for about 5 years. I haven't been to a bar since before Christmas, and I'm socially awkward. What do?
