i don't REALLY think usa will collapse or stop being a super power dude. but rome was one until it wasn't, if you guys have a civil war that strong military won't do much good since the threat is from within (splits in the government fighting for power).

in the end i think corona might have saved US (those left living) since people are coming together. it was looking a bit worrisome before with all the in-fighting between trumpers and never-trumpers.

The slavery and violence still exists anon, it's just been abstracted and decentralized away so we have a harder time seeing it. Also, landlords are not voluntary, they are literally called lords and rentseek as in fuedalism. Read the Wealth of Nations, even figures like Adam Smith thought rent seeking was wrong. In fact, our whole country was founded to get away from the rent seeking of the crown.
