I have a buddy that graduated 2020 with $40k in loans and hasn’t made a single payment. He yolo traded up to $250k from 2020->2021 before losing almost all of it and I want to say he’s now at $30k-$40k kek.
Used to send him stock shit all the time and we would talk but now if I send him anything he wont respond lol

I lived in DTLA for a year in a nice building from 2020->2021 and you would walk down the hall and see a bunch of notices of rent balances past due ranging from $5k->$30k and there was nothing my building could do to kick these people out.
Glad I’m no longer living there.
