The devs aren't, in fact they have the Mods go through the chats insisting that the value is 0.00$ whenever it's discussed, perhaps as a strategy of plausible deniability and to insulate themselves from lawsuits.
I'm referring to the development of Pi futures. Some of these have been branded as illegal sales, but nevertheless the general sentiment has shifted from 0.1 to 0.3$ over the past 12 months or so. There's definitely an interest in Pi, well see what comes of it.

On most exchanges most likely, except probably the really big ones like coinbase. Not yet though, exchanges are planned for Q3 2020 but this is a good thing since it gives you time to accumulate.

What's your price prediction for the first couple of months? AAcoin futures valued it at 0.15$ per token, but personally I'd assume that's too optimistic, since the supply will be so huge when we hit 10mil users. 0.02-0.05 is my guess...

AAcoin is selling Pi futures for 15 cents, pic related. Electroneum, which functions very similarly to Pi and is App-based too, fluctuated between 5 and 20 cents in the months following listing on exchanges. Based on these precedents a price of 1-30 dollar-cents per Pi token seems probable. After two months I'm at 3000 Pi, which I expect to be able to sell for ~300$ at some point, with proper timing. Not too shabby for pressing a button once every 24h.
