They've been testing NKN's nCDN and conclude that it's a legit low cost and highly scalable network to use and deliver content from. They've been testing with "one of the largest Video Service Providers in China" which is presumed to be iQiyi, and performed as well as centralised offerings. They conclude the article effectively saying that video platforms should move to this type of product...

"As 5G and Edge Compute infrastructure continue to be deployed and video is increasingly consumed by mobile, Video Service Providers should consider moving toward a more distributed edge content delivery solution for performance and lower cost."

Worth noting NKN have almost no competition in this market, and no competition at all when it comes to network scalability.

Stop trying to keep the price down faggots, NKN is going to boom this year whatever you do.

A few weeks ago, NKN also signed with China Mobile to run NKN services through some of their edge-nodes. Expect this to expand in 2020!

NKN are building one of the most complete networking packages for both front-end internet and background commercial / enterprise use, on top of their own mainnet which has a finite (albeit large) supply. A service which does not require a new physical infrastructure, and is massively cost-effective compared to existing providers. I'm not going to give you valuations for the next 3 years - you can estimate them yourselves - but it doesn't take a high IQ anon to know that today's 1.7c price is not going to stay forever. I'd advise you do your own research. Their bi-weekly news posts (forum) and video AMA (youtube) are by far the biggest source of info.
