they said it in their own words twice now.
they canceled my conversion request proving the conversion was initiated.
they didn't block the attempt.. with "cant initiate conversion, price too different."
the conversion was initiated like i said. and they had to cancel it after the fact.

if you know coinbase app, you know it will stop the conversion BEFORE if it is too much difference.
on this 1. they let it go through and canceled it AFTER it was initiated. which regardless of price etc.
they have to honor, cause it's in their own policy.
