Comfy slightly above average but decent quality interior house with a large garden (4 acres +).
10 mill is enough to attract the wrong people without being able to get rid of them easily and maintenance of the property has to be factored into the price.

While stuff like pic related (listed at 3mil, seems rather expensive for it though) would be fun it's on the upper edge of what I'd consider... the moat is nice though.
