The price has sniffed $16 three times this year and after each time the price bounced back up. Also it's clear that the algo cannot allow the price to go too high since they had to let it run a bit AH after earnings then the next day they were ready with the RC hit piece (which is old news) to drive the price back down. They are definitely afraid of margin calls and at the same time have a limit to how low they can push and how long they can keep it there. The manipulation is as blatant as ever.
