Adelyn & I are corresponding via email, so I sent her that photograph along with the following message

You're welcome, Adelyn; thanks again right back atcha!

Before rambling on, I quickly want to point out one (technically two) particular issue(s): spelling & grammar; you'll notice two glaring errors underlined in the attached slide from the last presentation in New York.

Unfortunately but understandably, such imperfections cannot be tolerated. As another anonymous poster put it, this is like showing up to a high-pressure sales meeting wearing an expensive business suit... and white gym socks. They are minor errors, but they are errors which imply other errors.

"If this team makes spelling mistakes and uses bad grammar in their presentation slides, then I must assume that their code is also rife with errors & bugs," is what anyone noticing these (somewhat glaring) problems thinks (even though the actual programming is being done by someone else entirely). It looks bad and shakes out a significant number of otherwise potential partners & investors.

To tie this in with my current work, it's all about *presentation* -- if *every* cube of Ahi Tuna on a sixty-dollar plate is not perfectly cut, if the glaze is not drizzled properly, if the garnish flower is wilted, if the side is not properly portioned, if anything is less than *perfect*... then it is not a sixty-dollar plate; it is garbage. That shit might fly at McDonald's, but it certainly won't when there's real money on the table.

So, this is an issue which is undoubtedly hurting the project (arguably more than association with an anonymous internet forum inhabited by high-IQ INTP/INTJ/etcs who have "figured it out" and sperg to $1k eoy memes).

You're still doing an amazing job, and your team management is on-point, and we adore you, Sergey and your entire team... but you have got to get *everything* written about ChainLink *perfect* (or it just won't fly).
