Ok, what am I missing? I might have 50 bucks meme cash in a week and I was thinking of looking into VHC now that it has sunk. I looked up its rating and I find this.

Ok, strong buy I can get, but how does a stock with a historical high of 9ish bucks get rated for a target of 39 bucks after a year? All I have found is the company is called a patent troll and seems to sue for funds. Are they bringing in major cash through their regular business as well? I have seen nothing to indicate such growth in the stock.
