You could exploit people's addiction into collecting things by making achievements, where traders collect cute and funny stocks girls personifications : you get to roll for Apple-Chan card after owning 5 AAPL, you get 10 rolls after 40 AAPL with a guaranteed SR Apple-Chan, and you get a guaranteed UR Apple-Chan after 100 AAPL.
And you could program events depending on what's happening to a stock, like ''help BA obaa-san to recover'', or ''AMD-tan is genki today, let's make her even more happy'', or ''TCEHY-tan is going full Tsun again towards AAPL today, let's calm her tsundere tendencies''.
