I mean technically they could settle right now if the SEC drops it, which borderline impossible, compared to that its very possible they could use the video call happening on 22 to start negotiating a settlement, they will pay a fine, get a more specific clarity to the nature of XRP as an asset. but that very unlikely to happen in a single meeting, these sort of processes can take YEARS, scary I know, but im confident it will get settle in the following months, the deadline for me would be june, when flare networks will come online, so year earliest, 2 weeks, latest 3 months.
I see it as a good thing for im not done acumulating I BARELY got 10k and i NEED at least 25k MINIMUM
