OP here who brought you the findings of when USDC was minted on the algo blockchain and was claimed a "larp", but that was proven to be true. I have something from the testnet now, but just hear me out as it's a bit of a conspiracy (links to everything at end). There's been talk of Algorand working with the FED to create/test the USA CBDC due to a recent article claiming they are working with MIT. Let's begin.

First off, for the unaware, the USDC and USDT are NOT the CBDC assets. The federal reserve will be creating its own "asset" most likely using an existing blockchain. The government typically does not build its own thing, but rather, buyout/partner with an existing company to do its work for them. Now, I spotted the USDC being minted on the MainNet for algorand on 9/4/20 and I'm sure some of you were in the thread. However, what I just learned was that a day later (potentially even just a few hours later as usdc was minted at the end of the day), we had 4 new assets generated on the TestNet. These 4 assets may be code names for the underlying USA CBDC as the name of these assets are MADISON, WASHINGTON, HAMILTON, JEFFERSON. If we go back into history, these four names are important for a vast amount of reasons, but one of the largest is due to the compromise of 1790. These four American figureheads sat at what is now known as "The Dinner Table Bargain". This dinner was a catalyst between federal and state agreements for fiscal policies moving the nation forward. Are these Algorand TestNet the Fed's code words for their CBDC to be tested in the future also marking an "agreement" between central banking and decentralized cryptocurrencies? It could be.
