CD rates
I havnt really paid attention to CD rates since they were basically 0 for a decade and ive only had any real money for the past 7 years or so.
Ive noticed post SVB collapse the long term rates of CD's are lower than the short term and one year CD's
Banks dont want to get locked into 5 years of paying 5% anymre
They know what the fuck is going to happen, the pivot is hear, they will choose hyperinflation over complete banking system collapse.

Reserve Requirements
Along time ago i got a bachelors in Economics...
like well over a decade ago and I went into construction as a career. Anyways cant you fight inflation with just upping the fucking reserve requirement? I remember a very simple calculation called the money multiplier effect and it was directly correlated somehow to the reserve reqs... seems like it would also solve this fucking bank run problem too,
Time to up the reserve requirement.
