I get it, math can be kind of abstract and difficult to wrap your mind around sometimes, but there's really nothing more inherently difficult about calculus than algebra or trigonometry. You're just not used to it yet. It takes some people more time to learn and absorb these concepts, but you should keep trying, and dispel this notion that you're simply too dumb to get it. I had to drop out of college algebra I on my first attempt because it was too hard at the time, but I eventually was able to pass calc I&II, discrete math and linear algebra with my lowest grade being a B. I was still the same person with the same level of intelligence, but my ability to conceptualize math-related concepts improved with practice
