If you know jack shit, the richest man in babylon is a good start. If you already understand the concept of compound interest it's basically a children's book.

More in depth, look up Quit Like a MIllionaire by Sheng and Leung. It discusses tax minimization, asset organization and more. It's essentially a distillation of the FIRE philosophy and implementation. I'm not a fan of their actual portfolio composition since it's basic 60/40 risk parity bullshit which clearly isn't working in this environment.

If you want to refine the strategies in it, create your own hedge fund by wolfinger is a detailed explanation for how to juice your returns by selling covered calls. That's all 99% of people will ever need. Any further and it's up to you to decide what you believe and how you think a portfolio should be structured. By that point, you can figure out what you'd like to read yourself. Goodluck fellow /biz/raelite.

I would, but I've never seen an opportunity worth it.

One of my friends is always pitching 'schemes' but he keeps using the word scheme and talking about how he'll skirt regulations to keep down costs. It's a complete turnoff since I have 0 reason to risk fines and jail for a small profit. It's a shame since he clearly has a business oriented mind. He could build a good business and I'd love to invest. But I'm not sticking my dick in a blender.
