>Baby boomers are wealthy
>this is bad for Millennials
And who gets boomer assets when they die? Do these people realize that they are about to participate in the largest wealth transfer in human history? This has been written in the Economist and 538 a bunch of times. The number of lazy, piece of shit friends/acquaintances who have no careers or some shitty communications degree who are inheriting houses that have been paid off since 2003 is fucking sickening. These are often the same people who took out a tone of loans without researching job growth in that field who are now complaining about having to pay back a loan that they themselves decided to take out.
So many fellow millennials fit the description: not married (cant take advantage of the massive economic benefits), refuse to move to where there is opportunity, have shit degrees, are from middle to upper middle-class families. And they're literally all bernie supporters. To hear these fuckers complain when I know that I still won't have as much as them at 50 because mommy and daddy left them a house, a beach house, 2 cars, jewelry, furniture, appliances, all of their savings and investments. All they have to do is wait for their unhealthy overweight parents to bite the dust but they still think in the mean time, while they are waiting, that they deserve free college and free marijuana and the lifestyle of an established married, career focused, middle class family in spite of doing nothing to deserve it. This is why I identify as Gen-X, I am a trans-generationist.
Obviously people who were born poor are not a part of my criticism.
