All this talk about line go up is highly concerning to me, does he not care about the SEC? Would the Howey test not apply to kevin talking about how the price would be x or over x. How is this now an expectation of profit if the ceo says it.
Maybe not, coins can't be securities if there is no investment contract. But either way the focus on xcm to me is misguided, founders should not care about the token price.
