Sounds really interesting actually, I wonder how much I’d get out of it if I haven’t read Ulysses. Or anything of Joyce’s and probably none of his contemporaries.

It was kind of nice when I had to read these for school, so when I misunderstood something, like forgetting that “mean” as an adjective has changed meaning over the past centuries, I can get corrected and steered back on the path.

Wish I’d have read more back then, instead of getting halfway through the Iliad before finals, and never finishing. The odyssey too, actually.
